Washington DC

We visited Washington DC from Oct. 6th - Oct. 11th.  We saw many of the monuments, went to the top of the Washington Monument, went to the zoo and aquarium, visited the Air and Space Museum, walked through the Museum of Natural History, and rode the Metro lots of times.

Owyn's commentary:
"Owyn saw lots of airplanes, rode all colors of the Metro, and rode the longest escalator in North America at the Wheaton Station (the Red line toward Glenmont).  Owyn loved the turtles at the zoo.  Zoee broke the rules in the Lincoln Memorial when she climbed over the rope up to Lincoln.  And Owyn broke the rules when he climbed the supporters at the Lincoln Memorial."
