Run For the Schools

Jack has volunteered for the Iowa City Road Races for many years, and in charge of the preparing the course for the "Run For the Schools" for several years.  This year Owyn and Zoee wanted in on the action for preparing for the "Big Race".  Owyn got to help paint lines and put away equipment, and Zoee wanted to "help Daddy" by carrying no parking signs. 

On Race Day - Sunday, October 17th - Owyn and Daddy ran the 1/2 mile run first, and then Mommy pushed Owyn and Zoee in the stroller for the 1 mile run.  They both got out to run across the finish line (Owyn) and be carried across the finish (Zoee).  It was Zoee's first race!
