Owyn loves the Mega Bus. He has ridden on it twice with Daddy from Iowa City to Chicago, one of his favorite cities to visit. Last night, we saw the Mega Bus pulling out from downtown as we headed home from dinner. Owyn wanted to follow it to the interstate and see if it headed to Chicago or Des Moines.
So we did. Because Owyn said the following:
"Follow that bus to its destination! That means the place it is going to."
We were so impressed with his vocabulary, including the definition, that we just had to follow it. We did not, however, follow it all the way to its destination of Chicago, but rather to the next stop on the interstate that still kept us in Johnson County and on a road headed home.
Looks like a Chicago trip is in our very near future.
