Visiting Dr. Molly

Both kids went to see Dr. Molly today for dental check ups.  For Owyn, it was routine as usual and he had a big smile on his face as he climbed up in the chair.  He even told me before we went, "I'm getting kinda used to that pokey tool".  Molly took pictures of his teeth with her camera so that he could see his 6-year molars just starting to come through the gums.  6-year molars???  He's only 4!!

This was, however, Zoee's first trip to the dentist, and as expected she was not thrilled!  She sat on my lap to tip back in the chair, but she stayed sitting up until I pulled her down.  Then I had to hold her hands a bit so that Molly could look in her mouth.  She has most of her canines in all the way, and she's getting ready to start 2nd molars. They are ahead of schedule, just like Owyn's were.   Zoee had her teeth counted, but they let her get away without a polish since she was screaming so much.  She was happy to get her new toothbrush, but didn't want to hold the sign to take her picture.

Daddy did not have his teeth checked today, but he had to take a picture too.
