Our 1st Baseball Tournament

The Cardinals, Owyn's baseball team, ended the season with a tournament this weekend.  They played five games between Friday night and Sunday night.  Owyn personally played his best baseball of the season.  He played 3rd base and left field and had a few good plays in those positions. 

Owyn really hit the ball well this weekend too!  He had several hits and an RBI. 

Unfortunately, the Cardinals lost the evening game on Sunday and were eliminated from the tournament.  The whole team did receive medals at the end of the final game, and we were able to get one final team photo.

It was so fun to watch these boys play together this weekend in some of the best games they have played all season.  Jack had fun too as their assistant coach and was so proud of how much Owyn improved over the weeks.
