Zoee's 3rd Birthday Party

We closed out Zoee's birthday weekend with a party today at our house.  She was so excited all week about her party, about her cake, about presents, and the fact that everyone was coming here for her.  She picked out butterfly plates and napkins, we had a butterfly "Happy Birthday" sign, and of course we had butterfly birthday cake. 

Daddy and Owyn surprised Zoee with balloons before her party.

Her gifts included:

*Herky fluffy pillow from Gwyn and Hugh, perfect for snuggling on the couch when we watch movies.

*Two Barbies that can go in the bathtub from Aunt Sarah, Alex, and McKenzie. 

*Baby Alive Bouncy Baby from Grandma Noble

*A pink stuffed frog and gift card to paint her own pottery from Pam, Todd, and Olivia

*American Girl Doctor Kit from Uncle Randy and Ethan

*The Ladybug Game from Grandma Spurgeon (we didn't get a picure of it, but we have already played it four times today!)

After gifts, we sang Happy Birthday and ate buttefly cake.  Zoee was so proud of herself, and a little surprised, when she blew out all three candles by herself!

Then it was back to playing with some of her new toys...

After all her guests left, Owyn helped Zoee watch the video clips of her party.  They snuggled close on the couch and watched a few of the highlights and giggled at the memories as they watched.
