Yellowstone National Park

We were back in Yellowstone this morning. We think we saw the same bison herd, but they had moved to the other side of the road. They were still slowing down traffic but at least they were not ON the road.

We drove straight to Old Faithful and arrived about 30-minutes before it's next predicted eruption. We enjoyed a front row seat!

We walked through the Visitor Center, Owyn did some exploring in the "Young Scientist" exhibit, and we bought some new books and maps at the bookstore. Then we ate lunch at the lodge cafeteria with a view of Old Faithful, and we got to see another eruption!

As we drove out of Yellowstone and into Grand Teton National Park, we stopped for a few pictures here and there.

so she missed most of the scenery.

And then Owyn fell asleep so it was just us enjoying the scenery.
