Our family vacation this summer will be spent driving to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho so that Jack can participate in his 5th Ironman. We left Iowa on June 21st and have to be in Idaho on June 24th. We have a car packed full of food and entertainment that includes a new dual screen portable dvd player and several Magic School Bus movies. We even stopped at a Target somewhere in South Dakota and purchased Toy Story 1 AND 2 on dvd to help keep everyone happy.
Jack has been planning and preparing for this event for a year, and we are just along for the ride. But we wouldn't have it any other way because we love him and can't wait to be his biggest cheerleaders on June 26th!
