Spring Break Day 1

The kids and I drove over to Family Museum in Bettendorf today.  Because we have a membership to the Iowa Children's Museum in Coralville, we get free admission to various other museums across the country, and the Family Museum is one of them.  We met some friends there, ate lunch at Happy Joe's, and enjoyed playing in the exhibit rooms and outside on the playground. 




Owyn didn't know what to think of the giant heart.  He was interested in it, but too nervous to walk inside it.

Zoee LOVED the tree house

Owyn:  "You try to throw the ball and I'll try to block it." 
Zoee:  "No."

Zoee liked rocking, riding on the moving slab, and climbing on everything on the outdoor playground.



Owyn liked pretending that he was participating in the championship round of ABC's Wipeout.  He narrated the obstacles to himself, climbed over/under/through every part of the play structure, and declared himself a winner!
