Old Friends, New Memories

On Saturday morning, we drove to New Prague, Minnesota to spend the rest of the weekend with the Deihl family - Kiffin, Lori, Emma and Maizie.  Kiffin and Jack were roommates in Iowa City way back when, and we have all been friends as our families have grown and changed.  Although we don't get to see each other as often as we would like, we always have a great time when we are together.  We have not all been together since the summer of 2008 so this was Zoee's first meeting for all of them but Lori, who met Zoee in June of 2009.  Emma and Maizie were so great entertaining Owyn and Zoee, Jack and Kiffin got to go on a long bike ride and a run, and Lori and I got to catch up on life.
