We were able to go to Hy-Vee again for the kids' cooking class with the dietician. The menu included Caterpillar Sandwiches - rolled deli turkey with a pickle body, pita and fruit wings, and carrot antennae - and Pond Scum - a drink made of smashed strawberries and blueberries with a ginger ale topper. Owyn ate every bit of the sandwich except for the pickle, which he did taste.
And Zoee, well Zoee refused to assemble the caterpillar but rather just ate all of its parts one by one. She didn't like the pickle either.
