Ecotarium

Owyn, Zoee, and I visited a local museum today called The EcoTarium.  It had indoor and outdoor exploration areas, injured animals that were rescued from the wild, hands-on activities, and a train ride around the property.  We had a great time there while Jack worked.

First thing - climb the climbing wall

We found a snake in one of the tunnels!

And a baby owl!

The special exhibit was "Grossology - the Human Body"

Making the model Burp

Learning about sneezes

watching a demonstration of the digestive system

climbing the skin cells

Building with blocks in the game area

Owyn was so excited to find this life size chess game!
