Dental Visit

Owyn and Zoee went to Dr. Molly for dental check-ups today.  They both did great, especially Zoee.  This was the first time she ever saw the dentist without crying! I could tell she was nervous, but she was such a big girl.  She sat on my lap in the chair while Dr. Molly counted her teeth and checked them. Zoee even let Dr. Molly use her special "tickle toothbrush" to clean her teeth.  She told Dr. Molly that she doesn't really like her "toothpaste", the polish, so Dr. Molly used plain water instead.  I was so proud of Zoee for using her words and speaking for herself, and  for overcoming her fear and getting the appointment over with in five minutes.  She was rewarded by Dr. Molly with a new Ariel Little Mermaid toothbrush, and a bag full of other fun things.
