Today we visited a favorite museum, the Museum of Science and Industry. Owyn wanted to see the trains, and the plumbing and electric room. Zoee wanted to see the baby chicks. I wanted to see the display of Christmas trees from around the world, but I was out-voted and therefore only saw about five countries.
We rode the bus to the museum, always an adventure, and went straight to the baby chicks. We did not take any pictures, but we got to see a couple of chicks hatching from eggs and taking their first steps. It is always an amazing sight.

Next we checked out the giant model train exhibit before heading to the "Idea Factory" where Owyn loves playing with the balls and water.
Zoee also discovered a toddler corner with a small water table, and another corner with puzzles. She loves doing puzzles right now and managed to take apart and put together every puzzle in that corner!
We stopped for one quick picture in front of a favorite exhibit, the Zephyr Train, before the museum closed.
After the museum closed, we took the bus back downtown for dinner and a visit to the basement of the Hancock building for our favorite holiday train display.
