For many years, we (mostly Jack) have been joining friends on Christmas Eve morning for a run and coffee at the downtown Java House. The run requirement is that you dress in "Santa" gear for the event. Most people wear a Santa hat, but Jack puts on his Santa coat and Santa shorts, sometimes even the beard! The kids even put on Santa hats and join the fun. With Christmas Eve being on a Saturday this year, the group was large today!
