This seemingly innocent looking basketball hoop established residency in our family room in December. Why? Because Jack and Owyn wanted to play basketball, and the little nerf hoop over the door no longer satisfied them. So, Jack ordered this much larger hoop. But then it was winter and they couldn't very well play basketball outside in the cold and snow and early dark evenings.
But alas, spring has sprung in Iowa City, and so it is time for this hoop to meet its better suited home - the driveway! They moved it outdoors today, a record breaking 70-something degree day, and enjoyed shooting hoops and dribbling - something you CANNOT do in the family room.
