Science Adventures

We bought a family membership to the Cedar Rapids Science Station recently, and visited for the first time today.  Although it is in a temporary site since the floods of 2008 destroyed the downtown Cedar Rapids location, the kids found enough to keep them entertained for an hour.  The best part of the membership is the reciprocal program which grants us free admission to many museums throughout the county, including all of our favorites in Chicago. 

After playing at the Science Station, we met Grandma Noble at Zoey's Pizza in Marion for dinner and then went to her house so that we could deliver her Valentine (chocolates and flowers) and she could give Owyn and Zoee an early Valentine - new books!
